Deep Roots
Grow the baseline.
REAd thIS.
Growing a business is a lot like tending a garden.
You can’t just show up to harvest and expect results.
Good things take time and effort to grow.
One thing doesn’t determine your success.
It takes planning, vigilance, and consistent care.
With a little luck, it’ll bear fruit.
You wouldn’t blame your shovel if the tomatoes didn’t take.
Yet that’s how most teams approach go-to-market.
Treating symptoms, chasing the next thing.
The tool. The tactic. The framework.
The agency that will finally unlock growth.
Greenhaus is a different kind of go-to-market partner.
Like master gardeners, we don’t just hand you better tools and wish you luck, we roll up our sleeves and work the soil with you.
We work with teams at inflection points—launching something new, entering a new market, or pivoting to find traction—to strengthen their foundation.
Clarifying strategy, executing on plans, and cultivating the marketing strategies that take root and sustain results.
You've Got Questions.
We help B2B SaaS teams find and fix go-to-market friction. We focus on four high-leverage areas — strategy, positioning, capital, and tech. That might look like launching a product, repositioning an existing one, developing an experimentation framework, or onboarding the right tools to round outyour tech stack. Above all, it's about delivering strategic leverage, clarity, and a clearer path to sustainable growth.
Every engagement starts with a $2,500 fixed-fee diagnostic sprint. It’s designed to de-risk the partnership and uncover the real work ahead. From there, most projects run 6–12 weeks with a clear milestone or transformation in focus—no hourly billing, no retainer purgatory. Just the structure needed to make strategic progress, fast.
We work with B2B, product-driven teams who are ready to get off the quarter-to-quarter playcalling treadmill. Our clients care about strong marketing fundamentals, clear strategy, and tight alignment across product, marketing, and sales. We work with them to reinforce the strategic foundation, orchestrate across teams, and make smart bets to build on what works to grow the baseline.
Pricing is based on company ARR, sales cycle length, and how you need me to show up (advisor, consultant, embedded leader). Most full projects range from $5–12K/month, adjusted by scope and depth. For every engagement we start with a diagnostic sprint at a fixed fee of $2,500 to get oriented and aligned before committing to deeper work.
Our Focus Areas
We help teams find and fix go-to-market friction that hampers growth. Our work focuses on four high leverage areas—strategy, positioning, capital, and tech—to bring strategic clarity where it counts.
Modern revenue teams are under constant pressure to deliver more, faster—and when things get hard and priorities shift, alignment suffers. Most GTM friction isn't tactical, it's structural. We work with you to reinforce the foundations of your growth system so your team can make the most of your market, data, and go-to-market operations.
Pipeline problems are often symptoms of positioning problems. When your story doesn’t match how buyers see the world, you create friction instead of momentum. We help you shape narratives that resonate so the right people see the value faster and your business development efforts can deliver.
When everything feels like a priority, teams spread themselves too thin—too many plays, too many channels, too many phantom signals. We work alongside growth leaders to build and shape a portfolio strategy that focuses their resources on testing, learning, and scaling what works.
Modern GTM lives and dies by technology. Without the right data model, clear-eyed automation, and a strong technical foundation, even great strategy falls flat. Our work bridges the strategic and the technical, helping teams build a modern growth stack that actually delivers on their big ideas.
